2.   National Conference on Comparative Indian Literature. 28 to 30 December 1988 Sponsored by the Telugu University and CILA, INCLA, Delhi. A paper presented "Runjakatha and its Narrative Techniques".
3.   U.G.C. National Seminar on "Navyandhra Sahityam" 1st to 3rd November 1989 Sponsored by the Andhra University. Paper presented " Parody in Oral Literature ".
4.   International Workshop Series on Folkloristics, Sponsored by Ford Foundation USA, Telugu University and R.R.C. Udupi. This is A Four Phased Year Long Workshop on research and methodology, fieldwork and analysis of various folklore genres. In this workshop following three articles were presented. 1) Folk life around the temple Udupi Srikrishna. 2) Structural patterns in the folk beliefs of Telugus. 3) Tolubommalata - A performance study.
5.   "Janapada Sahitya Gosti - Charchasadassu" - March 6th to 8th 1991, Sponsored by the Telugu University, and held at Rajahmundry campus. - A paper "Podupukatha - Pradarsana Adhyayanam" presented in this seminar.
6.   "Telugu Sahityam Dalita Janodharana" - November 5th to 8th 1990, Sponsored by the Andhra University.

10. A National Seminar on Folk and Tribal Versions of Mahabharata. November 11th to 15th, conducted by the Indian Institute of Advanced Study. Simla. A paper presented "Pandavulu (A dependant caste of Andhra Pradesh) and The role of Mahabharata in Sanskritisation of Castes".
11. "First All India Conference on Folklore Society of South Indian Languages", November 21st to 23rd. A paper "Distortion of Folk art forms by the Electronic Media" presented.
12. A four-week workshop on Documentation of performing Arts with special reference to the Ethnomusicology. Conducted by National Centre for performing Arts, Bombay held at National Institute of Advanced studies, Bangalore. During 15th September to 12th October 1992.
13. A three day workshop on Gender and Genre in Indian Folklore during November 30th to December 2nd, 1992 organized by CIIL, Mysore, University of Hyderabad. Presented a paper " A Performance Approach to the question of Genres”, co-authored with Dr.A.Anand.
14. Presented a paper "The Question of World view" in a National seminar on Folklore and Tribal lore during 28th and 29th of October 1995. Organized by Telugu University, at Warangal Campus.

24. "Participated in Ethnography of Musical Performance”. A two-week workshop organized by Archives and Research Centre for Ethnomusicology of American Institute of Indian Studies, New Delhi during 1-15 December 1996. Presented a Paper Singing of birth: An Ethnographic Study of Manganiyar Music of Rajasthan, in this workshop.
